Dear Senior Parents,

Congratulations on your student graduating in a few months. The next few weeks is a hectic time involving planning parties, making sure students have cap and gowns, and whatever other surprises come your way. The purpose of this letter is to remind you of what the yearbook staff needs from you and when they need it.

  1. A digital copy of their senior picture should be emailed to travis.grandt@calhanschool.org by Friday March 4th. If a picture is not sent, the picture the school took in September will be used.

  2. A senior quote emailed to travis.grandt@calhanschool.org by Friday March 4th. Pro tip: Send the quote with the picture! If you don’t provide a quote, then one will not appear in the yearbook.

  3. If you would like, you can write a personalized message to your senior in the yearbook! Senior Ads are available to purchase on the following price scale: $15 for a ¼ page, $30 for ½ page, and $60 for a full page. If you would like to purchase a Senior Ad please send me an email before Friday March 21st.

  4. Buy a yearbook! They will be available for order March 1st and be on sale until April 21st. They are $45 and worth every single penny!

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call me or send me an email! Congratulations to your senior on their success!

Sincerely,

Travis Grandt
